Thank you for contacting us regarding your refund request. We’re here to assist you through the return process.
To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the item(s) are unused, with the original labels, and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method (and insurance if needed) and keeping proof of shipping. Please note that A.A.Y FASHION is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
For international returns, please clearly mark the package as "RETURN GOODS" to avoid customs charges for the seller. If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be refused and sent back to you or a limited refund may be offered.
When preparing your package, make sure to include:
- The order number
- Your full name, address, and email address
Once we receive and check the item(s), a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
