I wear many hats—Mom, former stylist, Doctor of Metaphysics, Mental Scientist, Author, Spiritual Minister, and Intermittent Fasting Coach.
In the early days, I ran my own hair and makeup business for two decades before shifting my focus to the internal aspects of being human.
