Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with A.A.Y FASHION & HOME. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs taxes or import charges.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after your return is received and approved.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • Refunds return to your original payment method and may take 3–10 days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, underwear, sunglasses, jewelry, makeup, cosmetics, and hair accessories (wigs and extensions) cannot be returned
  • Beauty tools that have direct skin contact (such as derma rollers and teeth‑whitening devices) are non‑returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Sale, final sale, and promotional items
  • Items not returned in their original condition

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be in resellable condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

A.A.Y is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

6. Shipping Your Return

  • Use trackable shipping
  • Keep proof of postage
  • Use insurance for high-value items

For international returns, clearly mark the package: "RETURN GOODS".

7. Stock Availability

If an item becomes unavailable due to a stock error, we will refund the missing item within 3 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 day of purchase.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

10. Return Address

Please include inside the package:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your email address

Mark the outside of the package clearly with: "RETURN GOODS"
