Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with A.A.Y FASHION & HOME. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs taxes or import charges.

A.A.Y FASHION & HOME contributes $5 toward your return shipping costs. This amount is added to your refund once your return is approved.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after your return is received and approved.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
  • Refunds return to your original payment method and may take 3–10 days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale, final sale, and promotional items
  • Lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, jewelry, vitamin supplements, and cosmetics
  • Items not returned in their original condition

5. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Items must be in resellable condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

A.A.Y FASHION & HOME is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

6. Shipping Your Return

  • Use trackable shipping
  • Keep proof of postage
  • Use insurance for high-value items

For international returns, clearly mark the package: "RETURN GOODS".

7. Stock Availability

If an item becomes unavailable due to a stock error, we will refund the missing item within 3 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 day of purchase.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

10. Return Address

Please include inside the package:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your email address

Mark the outside of the package clearly with: "RETURN GOODS"
