A.A.Y FASHION ensures a satisfactory customer experience, that’s why our return policy is set for 7 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours (about 3 days) of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and will be processed within 3 to 5 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We don't offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

The customer (you), would have to bear the charges for shipping, (including custom taxes), back the Item to us.
Additional information:
- ❌ Non-refundable items :Sale, final sale and promotional items.
- ❌ Non-refundable items :So-called personal items such as lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, jewelry and cosmetics.
- Items must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and with the original labels, in the original packaging.
- Items should be packaged in such a way that both the item and the brand packaging (if applicable) are not damaged during transport.
- A.A.Y FASHION will not accept responsibility for items damaged during transport.
- The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- We strongly recommend using traceable shipping (if necessary with insurance for the value of the items) and keeping proof of shipping.
- A. A.Y FASHION will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit during a return.
- If an item is being returned internationally, clearly mark the package "RETURN GOODS" to avoid the seller incurring customs charges upon receipt of your return.
- If an order is returned which does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused and sent back to you or a limited refund may be offered.
To process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
