REFUNDS / RETURNS
Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
We don't offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Please note that in the case of returns, refunds, and exchanges, the customer (you), would have to bear the shipping charges, (including customs taxes), and return the item to us.
For refunds, we will issue them within 3 business days and send you an email confirmation. Refunds will return to your original payment method and may take 3 to 10 days to process, depending on your bank.
Please note that A.A.Y FASHION & HOME is not responsible for stock errors that may cause items to be unavailable. If this happens, we will refund you for the missing items within 3 business days.

❌ Non-refundable items: Sale, final sale, and promotional items.
❌ Non-refundable items: So-called personal items such as lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses, jewelry, vitamin supplements, and cosmetics.
❌ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return conditions: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with the tags still attached to the items, and in the original packaging.
A.A.Y FASHION & HOME will not accept responsibility for items damaged during transport.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
We strongly recommend using traceable shipping (if necessary with insurance for the value of the items) and keeping proof of shipping.
If an item is being returned internationally, clearly mark the package "RETURN GOODS" to avoid the seller incurring customs charges upon receipt of your return.
If an order that does not meet these conditions is returned, your return may be refused and sent back to you or a limited refund may be offered.
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of the order.
To process your exchange, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
