Thank you for contacting us regarding your return request. We’re here to guide you through the process and ensure everything goes smoothly.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after returning the original item.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In resellable condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, final sale, and promotional items
  • Lingerie and swimwear
  • Sunglasses and jewelry
  • Vitamin supplements and cosmetics
  • Items not returned in their original condition

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A.A.Y FASHION contributes $5 toward your return shipping costs, which will be added to your refund once your return is approved.

We recommend:

  • Using a traceable shipping method
  • Keeping proof of postage
  • Using insurance for high‑value items

A.A.Y FASHION is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “RETURN GOODS” to avoid customs charges.

What to Include in Your Package

Please place the following inside the return package:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your email address

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please check your Spam folder if you do not see the email.
