Guide on using a derma-roller:
Preparation
- Clean Skin: Wash your face
- Disinfect: Soak derma-roller in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 10-15 minutes, then air dry
Microneedling
- Optional Serum: Apply hydrating serum or numbing cream
- Roll: Roll horizontally, vertically, and diagonally, 4-5 times each. Use light pressure
Aftercare
- Apply Serum
- Disinfect: Rinse, soak in alcohol for 10-15 minutes, and air dry
- Sun Protection: Use sunscreen and avoid sun for 24 hours
- No Makeup: Wait 24 hours before applying makeup
